From our 65 acre Topsides Fabrication Yard with fabrication and assembly buildings located at the Port Of Iberia, Louisiana,  dii executes turnkey fabrication and assembly of offshore jackets for up to 400’ feet of water, drilling and production decks up to 6,500 tons. Our Harvey, Louisiana 13 acre, waterfront facility is capable of handling up to 1500 ton load-outs.

 

dii has enhanced both production efficiency and safety performance due to the use of the Mammoet Tower Lifting System in the Topsides Fabrication Yard. Individual decks and modules can be fabricated and finished out at ground level, then stacked in place and loaded-out as a complete unit. dii’s unique system provides a safer working environment and saves many man-hours.

 

In addition to new construction, dii also completely refurbishes existing offshore production platforms, decks and production skid packages.

 The finished project can be loaded-out by utilizing 800’ of bulkhead with access to the Gulf of Mexico and the Intra-coastal Waterway. dii’s yard handling capability is unlimited in height with a maximum width of 175’ and total length of 400’.
