Maximum Safety and cost-effective project management calls for Dynamic Industries, Inc. to utilize Mammoet’s large strand jack tower in its Topside Yard, for large structural and modular fabrication and deck assembly of up to 6,500 tons.

This process allows dii to simultaneously fabricate and assemble multiple decks or modules, while at ground level. By this process, our clients enjoy a substantial man-hour savings, a safer working environment. Additional costs are eliminated by reducing the necessity for large numbers of crawler cranes, when stacking multiple levels of decks or modules.

Once the completed decks or modules are equipped for final stacking, prior to load out or shipping, they are transported to the jack tower, lifted and stacked, as required. This provides for completion of minimal tie-in of interconnect piping, conduit runs and other utilities. In many cases, the entire project can be comprehensively tested and pre-commissioned.
