Dynamic Industries, Inc. (DII) was founded in 1985 as an offshore services company, specializing in interconnecting piping fabrication, associated pipe installation and commissioning, and offshore maintenance services.

DII quickly grew to become one of the premier hook-up and commissioning contractors in the Gulf of Mexico. In 1998, DII was purchased by current CEO, Mike Moreno, and is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Dynamic Energy Services International (DESI).

Through strategic corporate acquisitions, capital investments in infrastructure, expansion and accumulation of physical facilities, and the assembly of a strong and experienced management team, DII has emerged as a major force in the upstream and downstream industries, offering a seamless integrated solution.

Since 1998, DII has grown from 1,000,000 to over 8,000,000 man hours/year, with a critical mass of over 4,000 employees. We have expanded our scope of services to include offshore platform fabrication, modular fabrication and assembly, steel and pipe distribution, equipment rentals, marine services, E&I technical services and turnkey maintenance.

We are continuing the expansion of our North American construction, maintenance, hook-up and brownfield operations into South America, West Africa and beyond.
