DII started in 1985 as an offshore hook-up and commissioning contractor in the Gulf of Mexico. Today, through the portfolio of companies in the Moreno Group, we are the largest privately owned hook-up and maintenance contractor located in the Gulf of Mexico, servicing projects worldwide for upstream and downstream clients.
Whether your project is greenfield or brownfield, we can deploy hundreds of trained, experienced and skilled craftsmen with the necessary equipment to perform hook-up. Our service capabilities include structural, piping, mechanical, E&I, and fire and safety, as well as scaffolding, blasting and painting.
Drawing from these extensive manpower resources, DII can assemble a qualified team of any type or number of craftsmen with the required equipment, under a single project management, to meet your specific requirements.
Whether DII is performing turnkey hook-up in our role as EPC/EPCI contractor or in a subcontractor role, our clients are assured of the same level of pre-planning using work breakdown structure and work packs. We are experienced in international offshore logistics, and have performed HUC requiring Permit to Work and SIMOPS procedures.
Our capable craftsmen and technicians can support the client’s commissioning team or DII can handle the commissioning turnkey through startup and handover.
