Emile Dumesnil, CEO
Mr. Dumesnil has been CEO since 2012 and on the Board of Directors of DYNESI since 2007. He served as CFO of DYNESI and in various other senior management positions from 2007 to 2012. Mr. Dumesnil has over 30 years of experience in various executive positions in energy service and financial services companies. He is a founding member of Élan Capital, an energy service investment bank, he was CFO of a NYSE-traded energy service company, Treasurer of an AMEX-traded energy service company, Vice President of the Marine Transportation Group of Bank One (aka Chase) and a foreign currency trader for the Wall Street firm of Berisford Capital Markets. In those various capacities, Mr. Dumesnil was involved in managing companies with in excess of 10,000 employees and $1 billion in revenue, and led teams engaged in acquisitions, divestitures, corporate restructurings and financings with a combined value in the billions of dollars. Mr. Dumesnil earned a BS from LSU in Finance, an M.A. in Economics from Boston University and an MBA from Boston University.



John Lancaster, Chairman
Mr. Lancaster has been Chairman since 2012 and on the Board of Directors of DYNESI since 2007. He is a Partner of Riverstone Holdings LLC, which is the primary investor in DYNESI. Riverstone is an energy and power-focused private investment firm founded in 2000 with approximately $27 billion of equity capital raised. The firm conducts buyout and growth capital investments in the exploration & production, midstream, oilfield services, power, and renewable sectors of the energy industry. Mr. Lancaster joined Riverstone in 2000 and is responsible for the sourcing and management of investments across the energy industry, with a particular emphasis on the oilfield service and exploration and production sectors. Prior to joining Riverstone, Mr. Lancaster was a Director with The Beacon Group, LLC, a privately held firm specializing in principal investing and strategic advisory services in the energy and other industries. Mr. Lancaster began his career at Bankers Trust and later at CS First Boston, spending time as an investment banker and equity research analyst focused on the oil service and unregulated gas transmission sectors of the energy industry. Mr. Lancaster received his B.B.A. from the University of Texas, where he serves on the McCombs School of Business Advisory Council, and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.



Roberto Rodriguez, CFO
Mr. Rodriguez became CFO of the Company in 2015, and has performed the Treasury and Corporate Controller function of the Company since 2012.  Prior to joining DYNESI, Mr. Rodriguez was the Director of Finance for a division of a publicly traded oil field services company.  In addition, Mr. Rodriguez has held various positions including Regional Controller, Director of Accounting, and C.F.O. for companies in the transportation, publishing and hospitality industries.  Mr. Rodriguez has earned a BS in Management and a Masters of Business Administration, both from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.
