Personnel will oversee and direct the aspects of project from inception to completion.

Essential Duties

The most important and essential job function of this position is attitude and includes the following:

getting along with co-workers, responding politely to corporate clients and members of the community,

working as a team member, functioning appropriately under pressure, responding in a positive manner

to supervision, and maintaining inter-office confidentiality. The duties below are examples of those

Communicates directly with contractors/designers concerning project cost, staffing, and scheduling.

 

Prepares project status reports and works to ensure plans adhere to contract specifications.

 

Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

 

Performs a variety of tasks related to successful completion of project. Leads and directs the work of others.

 

Uses a wide degree of creativity and latitude in accomplishing goals.

 

Prepares periodic reports and maintains project records.
