Michel Moreno’s resignation as Chairman and CEO
LAFAYETTE—June 25, 2012‐‐ Dynamic Energy Services International, LLC (DYNESI) this week announced the resignation of Michel Moreno as Chairman and CEO. Mr. Moreno will remain a member of the DYNESI Board. Current DYNESI President, Emile Dumesnil, will become President and CEO. Mr. Dumesnil has been on the Board of the Company or its predecessor for the last 11 years, became an officer of the Company 5 years ago and has served in various capacities since that time including, President, Chief Financial Officer and EVP‐Corporate Development.
DYNESI is among the largest US‐based privately‐held modular fabricators and offshore & onshore construction companies serving the global upstream and downstream industries. LQT Industries, LLC Provides an 11- Building Accommodation Package and Helideck for an Oil and Gas Platform in the Gulf of Mexico.
Broussard, Louisiana, USA – March 26, 2014 – LQT Industries, LLC, a provider of high quality accommodation buildings to the oil and gas industry, has provided an 11-aluminum building package and a helideck to be installed on a fixed platform in the Gulf of Mexico.
The aluminum building package supplies a major oil and gas company with accommodations for 68 personnel along with support facilities including a galley, laundry/change room, office, smoke room, and a recreation room. Each modular section weighs approximately 15,000 pounds and can provide a significant reduction in weight over many comparable fiberglass and steel buildings. LQT is also providing a helideck which will be located on top of building package to reduce space consumption on the fixed platform.

Lafayette, Louisiana ‐ March 9, 2012 ‐ Dynamic Energy Services International LLC, a leading fabrication and service provider to the Global Oil, Gas and Energy Industries, announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Arc Industries LLC has acquired substantially all of the assets, existing contracts and on-going business of QCI Marine Offshore and QCI Brasil. Going forward QCI will operate under the name QCI / DYNAMIC Marine Offshore in the US and QCI / DYNAMIC Brasil in Brazil.
