Houston, TX – April, 2015 – Dynamic Industries International LLC. (Dynamic), a full service brownfield construction, fabricator, hook-up and commissioning contractor to the global offshore oil and gas industries, and Bandariyah International Company Ltd., (BIC), a Saudi Arabian company, specializing in the oil and gas industry, electrical, mechanical and instrumentation providing complete solutions, services, and technology transfer for different market segments; are proud to announce the signing ceremony to inaugurate Dynamic Industries Saudi Arabia Limited (DISA); a Saudi Arabian joint-venture, dedicated to offering Dynamic’s world-class, offshore EPCI project execution services to Saudi Aramco and affiliates.
DISA was established to support Saudi Aramco as they continue their vast offshore expansion to develop non-associated gas fields, maintain existing production and expand west towards the Red Sea. DISA has positioned itself for long-term success in the Kingdom and seeks to expand its footprint to capitalize on the abundance of resources available in Saudi Arabia. Emile Dumesnil, CEO of Dynamic Energy Services International, (DYNESI), said “Finalizing our JV with BIC is an important next step in establishing DISA as a permanent presence in the Kingdom. DISA’s corporate offices will be located in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Currently, plans are being developed and finalized for the offshore support base facility, which will be located in or near a port in the Eastern Province. DISA plans to offer the full range of services to Saudi Aramco identical to the services provided by Dynamic in other parts of the world including EPCI services, facility maintenance and fabrication services.
