Construction-of-onshore-oil-and-gas-production-facility
Construction of onshore oil and gas production facility
Dynamic Construction Services (DCS) constructed an onshore oil and gas production facility for a major operator in the Eagle Ford shale in south Texas.
Dynamic was responsible for procurement of all bulk items as well as scheduling of all client furnished items. Pipe racks and associated piping as well as interconnect pipe spools were fabricated at our shop in Alvin, Texas and transported to the construction site. DCS received and installed all tanks, equipment skids and pipe racks. All interconnecting piping and cable trays and tubing were installed in the field. We also performed trenching and tied in the flow lines and sales lines.
Dynamic self-performed all fabrication and installation work utilizing our own employees for all mechanical, electrical and instrument scopes. DCS is a “one stop shop” contractor and can furnish turnkey construction services in remote locations without the safety risk and turnover associated with contract labor.
Offshore-Green-Field-HUC

Offshore Green Field HUC
Completed. Dynamic Construction Services was awarded the Mechanical Offshore Construction Services Contract by Chevron U.S.A. Inc. for the Big Foot Floating Production Unit (FPU) for the Walker Ridge Block 29 Development in the Gulf of Mexico.
The Big Foot FPU is an extended tension leg platform (ETLP) which is located approximately 225 miles south of New Orleans, Louisiana in 5200 feet water depth. The platform produces 75,000 bbls/day of oil and 25 mmscfd/day of natural gas.
Dynamic’s onshore Project Management Team (PMT) resided at the Integration Yard, where the topsides were integrated with the hull. Dynamic is working with the Chevron team planning the offshore Hook Up and Commissioning scope of work. Following the installation of the FPU, Dynamic deployed its resources offshore to complete the construction and support the Commissioning and Start-Up Operations. Our scope included mechanical hookup, scaffolding and coating.
