LAFAYETTE—June 25, 2012‐‐ Dynamic Energy Services International, LLC (DYNESI) this week announced the resignation of Michel Moreno as Chairman and CEO. Mr. Moreno will remain a member of the DYNESI Board. Current DYNESI President, Emile Dumesnil, will become President and CEO. Mr. Dumesnil has been on the Board of the Company or its predecessor for the last 11 years, became an officer of the Company 5 years ago and has served in various capacities since that time including, President, Chief Financial Officer and EVP‐Corporate Development.

DYNESI is among the largest US‐based privately‐held modular fabricators and offshore & onshore construction companies serving the global upstream and downstream industries. According to newly appointed CEO Emile Dumesnil, the commitment to excellence that has built the company over the last 27 years will not change with the recent news.
